Why do people think differently,
feel differently, and act differently?
The Mind Decoding Project is a global research initiative involving diverse expert groups. Starting from individual differences, the project analyzes cognitive and behavioral patterns and seeks to define them in a structured way. By identifying each individual’s unique patterns, the research aims to predict behavioral tendencies, strengths and limitations, and future response styles. It further examines how these patterns influence performance and what critical factors contribute to success. The Alex & Alice team remains open to collaborative research and partnership proposals connected to the MD Project.
TEAM OS
PROJECT
Alex & Alice’s TEAM OS organizes how people and organizations operate across contexts into a single strategic framework. HR systems — including hiring, placement, goal-setting, evaluation, and compensation — are not isolated decisions, but structural systems derived from organizational strategy. TEAM OS aligns these elements into an intentional, coherent operating structure guided by clear principles and decision flows. In examining how these operating systems function in practice, we identify the critical constraints that limit growth. We then analyze where and how these constraints block performance, and resolve them through technology-based solutions — building structures that enable sustainable results. The outcomes of the TEAM OS Project will be released sequentially in the form of technology-driven solutions and publications.
